About Me

A commercial real estate investment professional with over 10 years of experience in Asian markets.

Over the course of my career, I have come to appreciate and love the field of real estate. The world of real estate is varied, ever changing, and always exciting. Every market, every sector type, every investment approach or style (from investing in core, relatively low-risk completed assets to ground up development) presents different challenges, factors to consider, and most importantly, opportunities for exciting and fulfilling investments (and great stories)!

Real Estate Models

For the real estate enthusiast (be it investor, banker, or entrepreneur), you can also find real estate models across different sector types and investment approaches. These are simple, usable models that might help in your analysis and decision making.

 

As reminded by a very influential MD of mine, models are always the means to an end, not the end itself. Hence, I’ve tailored my models to be as simple as possible, focusing on the very key outputs of real estate investments (Yield on cost, IRR, equity multiples).
